YOUWISH gift card: Check available dates and times on geilo.com, then send us an email with the desired trip, time and your voucher number. We will then enter your booking and you will receive an email with confirmation.

CANCELLATION : If you have made the booking through geilo.com, contact geilo.com directly. You will find all information on the email you received with confirmation of the booking. If the booking is made through us, contact us at booking@geilohusky.com

CANCELLATION RULES:
Cancellation can be made up to 7 days before the activity day with full refund, minus payment fee (3%) unless otherwise specified. Cancellation between 2-6 days before arrival gives 50% refund. Cancellation between 0-1 day before start time is not refunded. This does NOT apply to YOUWISH or gift cards. You will be offered a new trip.
If Geilo Husky cancels, a new trip or full refund will be offered. ​

CLOTHING : Whatever the weather; wool on the inside and windproof on the outside. This also applies to the mittens. It holds that the hat is good and warm. Winter boots. Otherwise clothes according to temperature and length of the trip. Feel free to bring an extra warm jacket. If it snows and / or winds, then glasses are a kind of gold. All types of eye protection work, sunglasses, slalom goggles, goggles etc.

FUNCTIONAL CHALLENGES : Everyone can join the dog sledding, but let us know by email in advance if there is something to take into account. The roundabout we have in Geilo can be a bit hectic, and we see that on some trips there needs a little more time.

WEATHER : Yes, we have trips even if it snows! But we can face challenges when there is a lot of wind, colder than 15 minus or the very worst is plus degrees.
